​Shipping Availability
We ship within Canada at the buyer’s expense. Shipping will only occur during appropriate weather conditions to ensure the health and safety of the geckos. Winter holds are available on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping Methods & Costs

We use Reptile Express or another professional reptile courier for live animal shipments.

Shipping is typically available Monday to Wednesday to avoid weekend delays.

The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

If you would like to combine shipping with another breeder’s order, we can discuss the details. However, if we send your gecko to another breeder for holding, that breeder assumes responsibility for the gecko’s care, and our health guarantee becomes void.

Winter Holds
If weather conditions are unsuitable for shipping, we can offer winter holds on a case-by-case basis. However, once shipping reopens, you must arrange for shipment within 2 weeks. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your order with no refunds.

Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG) & Shipping Risks
We take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, but shipping is always a risk.
We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG) under the following conditions:

The gecko must be received on the first delivery attempt.

The buyer must be available to pick up the package immediately if delivered to a facility.

The buyer must send a continuous unboxing video within 1 hour of delivery in case of any issues. This video must show the entire process of opening the package and revealing the gecko.

The buyer must provide proof of a suitable enclosure before shipping.

Exclusions & Limitations:

We are not responsible for carrier delays. If a delay occurs during transit, we do not issue refunds or cover health complications arising from delays, as these factors are out of our control.

Tail loss during shipping or while the gecko is on hold is not covered. Tail drops are a natural and instinctual response to stress or handling and do not affect the gecko’s genetic value. No refunds or partial refunds will be issued for tail loss.

The Live Arrival Guarantee is void if the buyer fails to provide an unboxing video within the specified timeframe.

Health & Holding Policy

All geckos will be at least 12 weeks old and a reasonable weight before shipping.

We ensure all geckos are healthy and eating well before departure.

If a gecko is placed on hold for an extended period, we are not responsible for tail loss or natural changes in appearance over time.

Local Pickup
Local pickup in Ottawa, Ontario, is available by appointment.
