By purchasing a gecko from us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions. These policies protect both the buyer and seller while ensuring the best care for our geckos.

Payment & Deposits

A gecko can be placed on hold with a 50% non-refundable deposit. This deposit is not transferable to another gecko.

The remaining balance must be paid in full within 30 days of placing the deposit.

All geckos must be paid in full before they are shipped or picked up.

Failure to complete the payment within the agreed timeframe will result in the cancellation of your order, and all funds paid toward the gecko will be forfeited.

Payment plans may be arranged on a case-by-case basis, but the gecko must still be paid in full before pickup or shipping.

Health Guarantee
We offer a 7-day health guarantee from the date of arrival. This guarantee covers genetic health issues or conditions under our control but does not cover:

Injuries, illnesses, or issues caused by improper care, accidents, or environmental factors after the gecko leaves our care.

Tail drops, as they are a natural behavior of crested geckos.
To qualify for the health guarantee, the buyer must:

Provide proof of a suitable enclosure (photo required at the time of purchase or at least 48 hours before arrival). The habitat must meet proper size, temperature, humidity, and cleanliness standards.

Follow appropriate care and handling guidelines to ensure the gecko’s well-being.

Consult a licensed reptile veterinarian if a health issue arises during the guarantee period and provide a detailed veterinary report.
Limitations:

The guarantee is void if improper care, poor husbandry, or failure to provide a safe environment contributes to the gecko’s health issues.

If a health issue occurs during the hold period, we will offer store creditto select another gecko from our available stock. Cash refunds are not provided.

Tail Loss Policy

We are not responsible for tail loss during shipping or while the gecko is on hold.

Tail drops are a natural, instinctual response to stress, fear, or environmental changes and do not affect the gecko’s health or genetic value.

No refunds or partial refunds will be issued for tail loss.

By purchasing a gecko from us, you acknowledge and accept this aspect of their natural behaviour.

Holding Policy

Winter Holds are available on a case-by-case basis. Once shipping reopens, you must arrange for shipment within 2 weeks. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of your order with no refund.

If placing a gecko on hold outside of winter, all payment deadlines still apply.

Sales are Final
​

All sales are final. Once the gecko has left our care, no refunds or returns will be issued.

If an issue arises before shipment, we may offer store credit toward another available gecko at our discretion.

Buyer Responsibility

Buyers are responsible for researching and understanding proper care requirements before purchasing.

We reserve the right to refuse a sale if we believe the gecko will not be properly cared for.

By purchasing a gecko from us, the buyer assumes full responsibility for its health and well-being after it has been shipped or picked up.

Other Notes

We reserve the right to sell to buyers at our discretion, ensuring the best interest and well-being of our animals.

Due to our busy schedule and the high number of holds, we are unable to provide updated photos or perform additional checks (e.g., pore sexing) once a gecko is placed on hold.

We are not responsible for geckos after they leave our care.
